Mandalpatti is an amazing hill range in Madikeri. More interestingly, the hill top is reachable through motorable road. Another 2 km is to be covered by jeep or a simple walk down the rugged tar road. This high altitude peak is best visited during monsoon when you are allowed to play with clouds.
The road is manageable and all necessaries (food, FAB, water
etc) are to be carried.
