Shishileshwara Temple at Shishila, near Dharmasthala
From Bangalore after some 230kms at Kokkada junction (just before taking left to Dharmasthala) proceed straight for around 10 kms to reach the Temple. The temple is below the western ghat ranges of Sakleshpur, in an unbelievably picturesque landscape. The mahseer fish in the river Shishila near the temple is one of the main attractions here.
